This 3-part course collection aims to address the challenges faced by the military-connected community and provide valuable insight into the unique needs of Veterans when it comes to end-of-life care.

Objective Zero Pathfinder Training

Online Training Program

This is a self-paced course for Objective Zero volunteers who will be providing support through the Objective Zero App. This course introduces volunteers to helpful skills and scenarios when connecting with community members through text, voice, and video chat.

This 5-unit curriculum was designed as the culminating project for a master's level university education course. Using age-appropriate activities and materials, learners will explore social justice through the topics of Identity, Diversity, Justice, and Action.

Research Study

This design-based action research study engages a broad discussion of online learning experiences. This study focuses on MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), in particular, needing to be designed with Equity & Inclusion in mind.

Racial Equity in Outdoor Spaces for Miliatry Families

Training Course

As a custom course developed by Psych/Armor, this 4- section, 11- lesson course was created as part of a training experience for Blue Star Families. The aim of the course is to assist new fellows in understanding the racial disparity that exists amongst military families as it pertains to public outdoor activity participation.

Black Performance as Social Protest

This 5-week course is designed to illustrate how African American protest has been and is expressed through various forms of performance. Learners gain knowledge about how Black performance advocates for social justice and communicates Black artistry through engaging with chants of the enslaved, abolitionist plays calling for freedom, dances of heritage, Black Revolutionary Arts forms, and more.

LGBTQ+ Pride: From Origin to Evolution

Adapted University Teach-out for Elementary Students

This course was adapted for a young audience (roughly 5th graders) from an online Teach-Out that was created for an older audience. It has features that allow for interactive learning to create a gamified experience.
