Caring for Veterans Through the End of Life Collection
This incredible 3-part series garnered much attention and acclaim within the military education community. Created with USA Today's Georgia Woman of the Year and former Georgia's Woman Veteran of the Year (2022), Dr. Qwynn Galloway-Salazar, this series explores the knowledge and necessary skills to provide compassionate, loving, and respectful care to Veterans in their final days, regardless of background or profession.
The series was created with 3 main audiences in mind—everyone, caregivers & loved ones, and healthcare providers—and offers a library of resources that assist learners on their journey of learning, processing, reflecting, and retaining the information presented. Resources include a toolkit, audience-specific workbooks, a podcast episode featuring Dr. Galloway-Salazar, and a guide for navigating grief.
